Part I

In this first part they explain to you how to prepare your substrateand how to sterilize your substrate jars to grow your shrooms from later.

Ingridients needed:

• 1 part brown rice flour (240 ml)
• 1 part water (240 ml)
• 2 parts vermiculite (480 ml)

Part II

This second part explains to you how you inject your spores into your jars. You can also see how you make your own glovebox.

Part III

The third part shows you how to build your  own fruiting chamber and how to prepare your colonized jars for fruiting.

Part IV

This last video shows you the beautiful results of your hard work: your own magic mushrooms!
